A Compare/Contrast Webquest Article

As a reporter you are to visit one of these two countries to find out how they celebrate Christmas. It is your task to research and gather all the information you need and report back to your partner to compare and contrast the way these two countries celebrate this holiday. You and your partner will write an article about your comparisons. As reporters it is important that you be accurate. On your quest you will do a research about celebrations, music and traditional dishes.

You are required to:

PROCESS

1. Once you have been assigned a partner, decide which country you are going to research.
2. Gather all the information you will need by searching the Resources for Students.
3. Report back to your partner to discuss the information you have collected.
4. Summarize both your findings.
5. Write an article using any newsletter template.

Follow these guidelines:

• Write a two-page article.
• Compare and contrast their celebrations, traditional dish(es), and music.
• Include graphics.
